The Radiant Sambandh, a division of the Radiant Foundation, is a Service created and dedicated to be in touch with and provide the necessary support to the wards & widows (Next of Kin -NOK) of physical casualties of the Armed Forces.

Physical casualties include that personnel who while in service die due to non-operational circumstances, viz accidents, medical conditions, etc. It functions in alignment with guidelines and endorsement for such NGOs by the Armed Forces. Radiant Sambandh commenced its operations in Tamil Nadu in the year 2020.

On 11 Jun 2021, Radiant Sambandh signed a MOU with the Adjutant General (AGs) / Directorate of Indian Army (DIAV).

It has now mapped the whole country and also the NOKs of our deceased soldiers in Nepal.

This service in due course will also be extended to the Navy and Air Force.

We have a database of over 25934 NOKS.

Our helpdesks reach out to the NOKS and help them to get the various financial dues both of the DIAV grants and CEA allowances.

In the FY 21-22, guidance has been provided to 6555 NOKs in getting their Educational, Computer and marriage grants from DIAV including CEA.
